There still is a problem and I cannot get a hold of Tony. Apparently, we've been abandoned. The server is not up to date so our software is now running with limited features. I haven't yet experienced what features are no longer available, but I'm sure I will eventually. I don;t think Tony has been around in about 3 years, and suddenly, He's no longer on my friends list on FB.

He has a FB page. I could only see posts from about March or April I think. But, he's around. I think he just abandoned the site. I sent him a friend request. We'll see.
