So judge incorrectly orders Doge to reinstate USAID. Doge can't do that. It has to come from the POTUS to the state Dept.
What I don't get in many of these situations is the executive can "create" something but can't dismantle it?
Reminds me of when Trump could not shut down Dreamers ( Doca ) and yet Scotus admitted that Dreamers was possibly unconstitutional in the first place.
